Amendments to the Regulation for implementing General Tax Act
On the 18th September, the Bylaw amending the Bylaw on the implementation of the General Tax Act, which entered into force on 19 September 2020, was published in the Official Gazette. The latest amendments to the Bylaw bring news related to the treatment of the cost of employee testing for infectious diseases, as well as the extension of the period for non-cash VAT payment on imports.
